Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period & Return

The standard rental period is 24 hours, starting from the time of trailer delivery. Extensions are possible upon individual agreement. The trailer must be returned at the agreed location and in the agreed condition.

2. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and pickup of the trailer will be carried out by the provider at the agreed time and place. The renter is responsible for ensuring suitable access and parking space.

3. Custom Stocking

The trailer is stocked according to the renter’s individual preferences (drinks, food, extras). All purchases are charged at cost price (1:1). Additional services (e.g. music, entertainment, animation) can be booked on request.

4. Final Cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning charges only apply if the trailer is returned in an excessively dirty condition.

5. Liability

The renter is liable for any damage caused by improper use or negligence during the rental period. The provider is responsible for technical defects not caused by the renter.

6. Payment & Cancellation

Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash upon delivery. Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the rental date. After that, cancellation fees apply (50% from 6 days, 100% from 2 days before rental begins).

7. Data Protection

Personal data will be stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of managing the rental, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In place of the invalid or missing provision, the applicable legal regulation shall apply.
